You’ve submitted your application, and now what? Now you just need a little patience. Your application will go through several steps, which are described below. Processing time varies depending on the application process and, if applicable, the time of application.

Your application for the recognition of international certificates will be processed based on the information you provide online and the documents you upload. You will receive your certificate of recognition online. Ideally, this certificate will enable you to apply for a spot at JGU. If your application is successful, we will upload your admission notice online to JOGU‑StINe (under “Application/Registration” > “Documents” > “My Documents”). It contains all the important information about where and when your entrance exam will take place. Once you have passed the entrance exam, you can enroll. The admission notice states exactly which documents you must submit to us by which deadline in order to do so.
