During a research trip, enrolled doctoral students participate in research projects abroad or conduct their own research. Bachelor\u2019s and master\u2019s degree students can also participate in research trips or conduct research for their final thesis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Santander ShortStay provides financial assistance for short stays abroad of one to four weeks. Applications are open to enrolled JGU students and doctoral candidates. You can apply for Santander ShortStay funding when you have already organized and made arrangements for your stay.

As a JGU student, you can apply to PROMOS for individual financial assistance and use the scholarship to fund your stay abroad while you write your final thesis. Only bachelor\u2019s and master\u2019s degree students can apply for funding for a research stay abroad for a final thesis. You are free to choose your host country and host university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
