The exam lasts 120 minutes and covers various topics in psychology as well as its fundamental methodologies. Details can be found in the corresponding examination regulations. \nThe exam is held twice a year. The dates will be announced at least three months prior on the website of the Institute of Psychology.\nIn order to be allowed to take part in the exam, an application for admission to the Psychology master's degree program at JGU must have been properly submitted on time.\nThe exam may be using multiple forms of media.\nA failed exam may be repeated once.\" data-info-popup-headline=\"Subject-specific scholastic aptitude test\" class=\"jgu-with-info-popup\">subject-specific scholastic aptitude test<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>If you <strong>have not yet received your bachelor&#8217;s degree certificate by the application deadline<\/strong>, but have earned at least 135 credits in your bachelor&#8217;s program, you must apply by the set deadline with a transcript (certified copy issued by your university) of all coursework and exams completed to date, including your average grade to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants who have not obtained a university entrance qualification at a German-speaking institution or a degree in a German-speaking course must provide proof of sufficient German language skills. These must correspond to the level DSH-2 of the &#8220;German Language Proficiency Examination for Admission to Higher Education for Foreign Applicants&#8221; and must be proven by the time of
