Whether we are issuing your semester ticket or your degree certificate, we require your current personal data. If the personal data we have on file for you is not correct, your documents will not be correct either. Your registrations will also contain false information. To ensure that everything remains up to date, inform us of changes to your personal data.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/jgu-base-section>\n\n\n

You can easily change your personal data in your password-protected JOGU-StINe<\/a> account.

You can change your contact details (address, telephone numbers, personal email address) <\/strong> online. To do this, open JOGU-StINe and go to Service > Personal details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Changes to your core personal data (first name, last name, gender, <\/strong>and nationality<\/strong>), require the submission of an electronic request in JOGU-StINe<\/a> with corresponding verification of the change. In the form, provide all personal data that you would like to have corrected or changed. Finally, upload your verifying documents as part of the form. The following are accepted as valid forms of verification:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
