In some departments, the examination offices are your first contact point for examination-related matters.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n \n\n \n\n

Your academic advisory office is your first contact point for subject-specific questions. Here, you can receive individual advising regarding the program of study you chose (or have yet to choose). The advisors will help you plan your course sequence, choose your courses, and select your specializations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n<\/jgu-base-buttonitem>\n\n<\/jgu-base-button>\n\n<\/jgu-base-accordionitem>\n\n\n \n\n

The student advising office is responsible for administrative matters relating to your program of study. You can find information on registering for courses and examinations, the recognition of coursework, placement and other formal matters here. The student advising offices support you in your day-to-day student life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n<\/jgu-base-buttonitem>\n\n<\/jgu-base-button>\n\n<\/jgu-base-accordionitem>\n\n\n \n\n

The student councils are groups of engaged students who advocate for the interests of the students in their respective faculties. They are an important interface between students and lecturers. For Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmaceutical Sciences<\/strong>, special examination offices are responsible for the organization and implementation of examination procedures; e.g., for registration and information on the examination process, recognition of coursework in case of transfer between subjects or universities or lateral entry, as well as recognition of coursework completed abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
