The medical certificate should also provide information on the time spent providing the care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-big-font-size\"><strong>Maternity and parental leave<\/strong><br>Before your child\u2019s birth: copy of the page in your <strong>maternity record<\/strong> that shows the expected delivery date or a <strong>medical document<\/strong> naming the <strong>expected delivery date<\/strong>. After your child has been born, we require a <strong>copy of the birth certificate<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-big-font-size\"><strong>Stay abroad<\/strong><br><strong>Proof of the stay abroad <\/strong>(attestation from DAAD\/Erasmus, the foreign university, employer, etc.).
