Johannes Gutenberg University is a comprehensive university with almost all of its faculties located on a single campus. JGU also offers a great variety of activities, especially in music and athletics. In addition, there are many student groups with a focus on cultural and sociopolitical topics.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the institutions, you can find student residences, childcare and athletics facilities, cultural institutions, shops, restaurants, and caf\u00e9s on campus. And for those looking for some peace and quiet: The Botanic Garden is a haven for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of university life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As student ambassadors, we come from a range of degree programs and are at different stages of our studies. We report on our own experiences of student life at Mainz University. We are happy to share our experiences<\/strong> with different aspects of university life: from managing classes and examinations, making the most of semester breaks, fining our way around courses and additional programs, enjoying the campus vibe, and choosing our degree programs. You can get tips and lots of information about the upcoming \u201cuniversity\u201d chapter of your life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While we can\u2019t answer questions about specific degree programs, we can tell you about our own experiences and what it\u2019s like to study at our university. You can find us at higher education fairs<\/strong> or Open House events at Mainz University<\/strong>. We are also happy to come visit your school<\/strong> and bring student life into the classroom with a short presentation. Talk to your teachers about it! <\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
