As a prospective teacher, a love of teaching, an interest in the array of didactic methods, and a good instinct for working with pupils are important requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You should be excited about politics. This could mean you are interested in reading the news, listening to political podcasts, or otherwise paying close attention to current affairs daily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You should also be motivated to read a lot, and not just for German texts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You must have good English language skills in order to be able to read and understand specialized academic literature in English. However, you will not be required to provide separate proof of your language skills.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/jgu-base-accordionitem>\n\n\n \n\n

This program is studied as a part of the <\/b>Bachelor of Education<\/a> degree program (teacher education for Gymnasium<\/i>)<\/strong>. The degree program always includes two teaching subjects as well as the subject of Education Studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
