HISinOne will be introduced as the new campus management system at JGU in the fall of 2026. Many processes previously handled through JOGU-StINe will then be available in HISinOne.
This page provides an overview of application periods and information on the changes resulting from the new campus management system HISinOne, as well as the implementation schedule. You can find out more about the introduction and the project team responsible on the CaMS website.
Do you intend to apply for a spot at the university? In that case, the “Applications” section is for you.
Starting in the summer semester of 2027, applications for a spot at the university will need to be submitted using HISinOne.
This results in the following application periods and changes, valid only in the fall of 2026:

Will JOGU-StINe still be used in the future?
HISinOne will replace JOGU-StINe in many aspects. However, JOGU-StINe will continue to be used alongside HISinOne for the following purposes until 2030:
Course management (e.g., registering for courses, deregistering) will remain on JOGU-StINe for the near future.
Examination management (e.g., registering for exams, deregistering) will remain on JOGU-StINe for the near future.
